ENTRY FEE: $70.00 per twosome / $140.00 per foursome
Entry fees may be subject to change. No refunds for withdrawals after entry closing date.
SELECT TEE TIMES: Opens at 8:00pm on Monday following the close date
Closes at 8:00pm on Tuesday following the close date
CARTS: Carts may be mandatory and cart fee is not included in the entry fee.
ELIGIBILITY: Participating women must be NHWGA members and men must have a USGA/NHGA handicap.
FIELD: Women’s maximum course handicap is 36 and men’s maximum course handicap is 32. Twosomes will be paired if possible. The number of entries allowed is determined by the host club. The maximum number of entries is capped at 136, unless the course agrees to a higher number.
FORMAT: 18-Hole Two Best Balls of Foursome (Best Ball of Men and Best Ball of Women) USGA recommended handicap allowance of 85% will be used for all players.
PRIZES: Gross and net prizes will be determined by the number of entries. Ties will be combined and split. Winners will receive pro shop credit unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds of tournament fees will be granted if the cancellation is made at least nine days prior to the date of the event. Refunds will not be granted for short-term cancellations (those received with less than nine days' notice), for late-registration requests and no shows. If a player cancels their registration during the registration period a refund will be issued automatically. All other refunds, including oversubscriptions will be issued at the completion of the tournament.
